The Chez Roux restaurant is overseen by the legendary French chef Albert Roux- son Michel Roux Junior and run by an award-winning executive head chef- is set in the luxuriously embellished Baillie Room- surrounded by gold leaf and opulent antiques. The cooking and menu has a French flair with Scottish influences- taking advantage of fine local produce. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays- food is available from the lounge.
