A stunning country house hotel with open fire, chandeliers and antiques set in 35 acres of beautiful grounds including the Beale Arboretum established in 1963. Most rooms have garden or country views and some rooms are in a separate air conditioned lodge. There are 2 four poster rooms. The Mary Beale Restaurant has an AA rosette for good food and is well known throughout the area. There are 7 conference and banqueting rooms which are ideal for conferences, training courses, weddings or family celebrations. The grounds are also suitable for corporate activities. There is a good programme of special events ranging from classical and Arboretum tours to jazz concerts gourmet dinners and the hotel is very popular at Christmas time.
