Designed to recreate a traditional thai lanna village the resort sits against a backdrop of majestic mountains on 20 acres 8 hectares of tropical gardens lakes lily ponds and terraced rice paddies. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to expected arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night*s room rate plus taxes and service charges. No-shows will be subject to a fee equal to 100pct of the cost of the total reserved stay plus applicable taxes and service charges Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Festive 28Dec21 to 03Jan22 3 night minimum stay is required 100pct full stay deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival Cancellation or shorten stay must be received by 6pm 30 days prior to avoid Full stay penalty.
