Associates who have been exposed to PUIs will need to undergo standard quarantine protocol and obtain medical clearance before reporting for work. - Ask Anya- a digital engagement platform that guests can download upon arrival and use to communicate all inquiries and concerns throughout their stay. QR codes will be provided to access menus- compendiums and even requests for spa and dining reservations during their stay. - Frequent sanitation will be conducted for high-touch areas.
