This apartment is operated by the Short Stay Group, check-in will be at our airport desk or at our check-in office located on Herengracht 451. Please note this is not a hotel, there is no 24 hour reception. Check in at our ‘SHORT STAY GROUP’ desk at Schiphol airport. Open daily from 9:00 till 22:00. Follow the signs to Departures 1, take the stairs/escalator to the first floor. Our desk is opposite the stairs/escalator and Schiphol Check-in desk 8 Or check-in at our office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451 (goo.gl/maps/cxFK). Open daily from 9:00 till 22:00. Apartments cannot be accessed before 14:00. Only if availability allows it is possible to check-in before 14:00.
