Increased deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers. Implementation of effective response procedures enabling us to act swiftly professionally and calmly should we be alerted to a case of Coronavirus at the hotel. Avoidance of handshaking among our staff and during interaction with guests. For the moment all our staff will be using the Sanskrit Namaste greeting. We encourage all our guests to adopt this wonderful greeting form. Our teams have been instructed to increase the frequency of washing hands and using hand sanitizers.
