The construction of the hotel itself is 100pct ecological using a combination of cellular concrete and wood. The interior optimizes the use of natural light with its many glazed open spaces with a ceiling height of 4 metres. We are delighted to offer you an eco-friendly start to the day with our breakfast buffet. We source the produce which makes it up from the local organic farmers-producers so that the great majority of tasty things on offer are either organic or local: bread, yogurts, cheeses, home-made jam, fruit juice, caramel spread made with salted Guerande butter . The coffee and hot chocolate are also fair trade products.
