Drive two hours to the abandoned mine and descend for 15 minutes into the depths of the earth on an original old mining train. Explore the abandoned mines in complete darkness, with only the illumination of headlights to light your way. Temperature in the mines is only around 10 degrees Celsius, so guest should bring warm clothes. Kayaking equipment is provided and hotel pickup and drop-off is included. Guests stay underground for about 3-4 hrs, beginning with original mining train ride, followed by walking over steep stairs follows with staying on the water for about 1,5 hrs, while doing some kayaking. This special excursion is suitable for beginners as well as experienced kayakers.

Below the surface of Lake Bled is a new mysterious underwater world of freshwater creatures and plants. This world is quite different from the one under the sea. The number and size of fish exceeds all expectations.

Diving Bled

After a short briefing and practice, tour will take you for a bit around the lake's shores, no previous experience needed, but everyone should be able how to swim. Either you are solo ,couple, with friends or family, you are all very welcome to join in, no previous kayaking knowledge required. Age minimum is 5+ years, max around 180 kg per kayak. Included are clear kayak, paddle, life jacket and a guide, duration about 1,5 hours.

Meeting point is at parking at rowing center Bled (Mala zaka, Veslaska promenada 3, 4260 Bled) about 30 min walk along the lake from downtown, one way. 

We recommend you arrive with a taxi, bicycle or walk, as parking is quite limited there in high summer season. If you arrive with your own car, arrive at the appropriate time in case the parking is busy or full, parking is payable at the parking machine on the spot, it costs 2 euro per hour.

This is a half day trip, a short hike along a beautiful, crystal clear local river in vicinity of Bled in the Slovenian Alps.
This river is completely unknown to tourists and a only a few locals know it. As already mentioned, it bears a word "crystal" in its name, so expect clean water in an intact nature in the mountains.

Decades ago this hut was home for shepherds and his animals. Until this day, the Triglav National Park preserved the authenticity of this place. The houses are now renovated - comfortably, but simple. There is no electricity (except for the lights) and no running water (we bring drinking water with us).
