After a warm welcome and a short presentation, we will start with an explanation of what the world of ice cream is; after which we will begin to produce two flavors of ice cream together on our common table. The tastes will be gradually decided according to the seasonality of the available products, something we have always cared about for a long time, since it is important to use natural and fresh products, at Km 0.
