What you will prepare is a full course sicilian menu based on fish, meat or vegetarian on request, totally three dishes. We will start from an appetizer of local olives cheeses and Monreale bread with extravergine olive oil with a glass of wine. However the menu is seasonal, so it changes. During the class you will prepare the authentic sicilian Limoncello with the lemons that the chef grows in her land nearby the Nebrodi park.

At the end of our cooking day you will receive the certificate signed by the Chef and a small botthe of our home-made limoncello to carry back home!
