This half day activity includes both local wet market walking tour and a cooking class. During the class, you will learn to cook 3 Chinese dishes, (2 persons per team, all hands on), to be followed by a demonstration dish towards the end. The customers will get to relax and enjoy all the different dishes cooked afterward. This is a great introduction to Chinese culinary culture!

This is a highly customize course! Unless the customers do not specify what they want to learn, we make recommendations to our customers what dishes to cook to fit their taste preference and also to make sure they can get all the key ingredients for the dishes we teach them when they are back home. 

We are located in a commercial building with around 4000 sq ft area. Our facility has all the equipment that one sees in any upscale commercial kitchen. The Hong Kong Geopark, opened November 2009, comprises of eight major geological sites and is of International stature. One of them is in the region of the High Island water reservoir, the destination of this tour. 
The location offers spectacular rock formations formed by volcanic activities 140 million years ago, coastlines shaped by the predominant rock columns, and an impressive dam. The route then leads to a bay with a beautiful beach. Time to dip your feet in the South China Sea!
One more little hill before the hike ends in an old coastal village. This fishing community is still active: the storm-protected bay is used for fish cultivation.
