After the fall of Rome, Poreč came under the rule of numerous kingdoms and empires. Venetian, Austrian, Italian, Yugoslavian, and many other administrations defined the urban identity of the city.

 In particular, the 6th century Euphrasian Basilica is a perfect example of that, as it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. You should visit Poreč while in Istria, Croatia. You will have the opportunity to visit the romantic Rovinj, you will have time there. 2 hours to walk through its streets... After which we will sail towards the Lemme canal and you will be able to admire the Natural Park and see the pirate cave which was Captain Morgan's refuge in the Middle Ages.
After that we will sail to another beautiful town Vrsar, there we will stop for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
You can visit Vrsar or dive into the sea and lie on the beach. Afterwards the return to Poreč follows
