The 20-storey wooden tower and its connected building will have 205 modern hotel rooms, a large congress room for up to 1200 people, several conference and meeting rooms, a rooftop restaurant, a sky bar, and a spa facility with a spectacular panoramic view over the city.This will be Elite Hotel&#39;s first hotel establishment marketed under its own name, The Wood Hotel, which will strengthen Elite Hotel&#39;s already strong presence in northern Sweden.CONGRESSES AND MEETINGSThe Wood Hotel and Sara Kulturhus will be a modern meeting facility with a capacity of up to 1200 seated guests and 1,500 people standing.
