Family-run Guest House in the heart of Great Yarmouth, just 250m from the beach and Britannia Pier. We are a no-smoking guesthouse. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, we aim to make you feel at home! Single, twin, double and en-suite family rooms available. Families welcome (travel cot, highchair and baby alarm available at no additional cost - on a first-come, first-served basis). Breakfast available from 7.00am to 9.00am. Earlier breakfast may be possible, but must be arranged/agreed prior to booking. Choice of continental style or cooked breakfast with choice of menu. All rooms have central heating, colour TV/DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities. Freeview available in all rooms. Daily parking permits available if required (£2 for a 24h permit).
