We start the day by discovering the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg. Once the visit of the castle is over, we will take the wine route to head to the village of Riquewihr, you will have enough time to visit the village and have lunch. Then we will join Kaysersberg, elected favorite village of the French in 2017, which you can freely visit.
We end the day with a stop in Colmar, the capital of Alsace wines, where you can discover the world-famous Little Venice district. You will have free time to visit the city.

Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some twenty century-old oak foudres, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today.

The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France.

This film is not a remake of anything you can find to date about working in the vineyard... But a film about my rather rich personal history, and my working philosophy. We will discover remnants of these wars and will make a visit to Struthof (concentration camp at 900 meters altitude), concentration camp of Nazi Germany.
